Partners Aaron Shonk and Susan Taylor of the Cascadia Consulting team are expert Title III grant writers with a 100 percent success rate. Together, they crafted five successful Title III grants in 2021, securing scores of at least 107.3/108. They have 38 combined years of successful experience in grant development, proposal writing, grants administration, and advancement programming with internal and external stakeholders.
