Title III Grant Consulting

Cascadia Consulting has an extraordinary track record of securing Strengthening Institutions Program (SIP) or Title III grants for clients. We guide the process from data collection through proposal development to the actual writing and submission of the proposal itself. We work collaboratively with client teams to identify an institution's strengths and weaknesses and to construct a sustainable plan to improve student retention and graduate rates over the long run.

Why Title III grants?

Title III refers to the U.S. Department of Education Strengthening Institutions Program grants. These are five-year grants of up to $450,000 a year, for a total of $2.25M. Title III grants are not like any other grants available. As the name implies, they are intended to strengthen your institution in the distinct ways that your college seeks to address retention and graduation goals. This makes Title III grants extremely unique, but highly competitive. Title III grant competitions occur biennially, and winning grants generally receive a perfect or near-perfect score
